Though while growing up, Edward realized his father was different he never took from the fact he was also loved and cherished by him. A bit protective and very dedicated, Edward developed a patience and kindness that unfortunately you rarely see these days. Their solid relationship is one of a kind and actually the reason why Edward will win the heart of a certain personal shopper! When the young man enters a department store he bumps into Sebastian, a smart and witty boy. Peculiar, knowledgeable and curious, he tends to wander off to explore his
mother's workplace. When he walks into Edward the first words he says are: "Oh
gee... I'm sorry, sir. I didn't mean to hit your gastrocnemius."
Edward and Sebastian strike a conversation until a frazzled Bella runs to them. She noticed that her son had been on one of his excursions again and eventually finds him talking to a beautiful stranger. Relieved she says to him: "Thank you for not kidnapping my son, Edward. Sebastian here has a tendency to wander. He doesn't mean to, but he can't help it. He goes where his mind takes him." She smiles proudly. Two strangers with one thing in common, can they find peace and love within the chaos of their lives and family?
This story is absolutely a must read! It will fill your heart with fuzzy feelings and in a way you will become a better and more understanding person at the end. Cutestkidmom has written one of the strongest Bellas we have ever read. Confident, passionate, caring, loving and devoted. You will feel an instant connection with her, just like Edward does. It's a beautiful story, and though we usually only stick to the M rated fanfictions, this tale is one of the exceptions. The story of Edward, Carlisle, Bella and Sebastian will pull you in, and you definitely won't regret starting on this journey.
Because of a Boy consists of 32 chapters and a total of 109,279. The story is rated T for some mild foul language.
