Bella Swan had always lived the life of a handmaid to Princess Jessica, daughter of King Aro. Being the haughty princess that she is, Jessica always dreamed of marrying a rich man to secure her future of being a Queen in the future. Unlike Bella, Jessica didn't know a single chore involved in taking care of someone or what went around in household chores. So when Sir Edward from a neighboring kingdom wins a chance to have anything he wishes from King Aro, he opts to choose Bella as his wife, much to Aro's and Jessica's utter disbelief and fury. King Aro had hoped that Edward would ask his daughter for his hand instead, never expecting otherwise. Our dear Bella has similar feelings coursing through her as Edward rides her off on his horse away from the castle where she served as a maid her whole life. Why would a potential future King choose someone like her as a bride? There she was doing her daily household duties and serving others superior to her, and now she suddenly finds herself, the plain Jane, in the middle of a lavish lifestyle with a husband so much more intelligent and out-of-the-mind hot as ever ready to deal with the harsh realities of politics and hierarchies. 

" Take yourself back the days of knights in shining armor and battles between neighboring kingdoms," as Savage puts it.

Knights in shining armor for sure - a handsome one at that. Though completely unexpected, as the title states, Edward explains to Bella quite charmingly that he wouldn't want his wife to be as lazy and impure such as Princess Jessica, but in fact a diligent, beautiful, and a dutiful wife like Bella. And before she could blink her eye, she found herself accepting Edward's hand in marriage and being welcomed by his lovely, rich family. The attraction between the two starts out slow (at least from Bella's end) but it is definitely always buzzing, and it doesn't take long when Edward and Bella are thoroughly in love, convinced that their partner was the perfect choice for them. Bella grew as a woman in more ways than one, not just with Edward on their daily consummation nights (very lovely and smoking by the way), but also with her witty responses as she helped Edward with his daily phases as a Prince and future King. But a higher position in life requires a secure establishment in having heirs to continue the legacy of the kingdom. Unfortunately though, Bella seems to be having problems conceiving, or so the couple thinks. The danger from the past still lurks around and someone does not want Edward and Bella to lead a comfortable and loving life, throwing hurdles in every step of their progressing life. Will the culprit(s) get caught and get the punishment they deserve?

Savage7289 is a wonderful author and definitely in my top five list. This fan-fiction will blow your mind away with it's amazing plot - so much so that you won't be able to come up with good enough vocabulary to describe the experience! The story keeps you up from the second you start it to the very last syllable, twisting and turning when you least expect it. Every character will form their own personal identity in your mind; some whom you will come to adore in the fic, while others you'll feel like stabbing their backs (honestly). This story has everything that you want to look for in a perfectly written piece of literature. If I had the option, I would frame this piece of art and put it in the museum for people to read and appreciate. Though very popular in the twilight fandom, I am often shocked to hear that some people have not read this story before, so I hope my rec was convincing enough! I promise it will more than satisfy all aspects of a wonderful story for everyone. Though a historical fic, the author excellently portrays a realistic plot that will never cease to amaze you. You will laugh, cry, love, and hate each notch and corner savage has created. I can't emphasize the beauty of this story even if I had a whole book worth of space! A MUST read!!!

Unexpected Circumstances consists of 39 chapters and 245, 857 words. The story is rated M for sexual content, language, and adult situations.

Edward Cullen has just one thing in mind: revenge. He wants nothing more than to let Aro Volturi pay for the deaths of his brother and niece, and oh so many other girls all over the world! So one night, after months of planning, Edward finally manages to break into the government agency lead by Aro and begins looking for evidence. After finding Aro's laptop he tries to access and download the most important files but even with the help of computer geek Jasper, he seems to be unable to crack the password. Right in this moment Felix stumbles into the office with a pretty brunette by his side, apparently Aro's PA. And all of a sudden, things change - Edward Cullen has just one thing in mind: her!

What I Want is the companion piece to Want No More, which is written out of Bella's persepctive. In this one shot, Edward is cocky yet not necessarily rude. He is respectful towards Bella but makes sure she knows how much he wants her. It's too bad that Savage7289 restricted herself to only one (or two) chapter(s) - this plot would have deserved to be expanded to at least twenty times as much!

What I Want is a one shot and consists of 13,587 words. The story is rated MA for graphic description of sexual activities. If you are off age I'll advise you not to read the fanfiction!

Edward is a fighter, and a pretty good one, mind you. Twice a week, he is locked inside a small cage inside Jasper's bar "Feet First" and faces a man who wants nothing more than to rip his throat out. But Edward loves it, lives it, and in his opinion, it is far better than going back the pompous place he once called home. One night, while enjoying a cigarette, Edward notices a young woman being harassed by a group of drunken men. He manages to help the girl and is surprised by her beauty and naivety.

As it happens, Bella just moved into the apartment below him. She was given a scholarship for "Masen College" and studies Economics. In order to keep Bella safe Edward walks her home every night, after she finishes her shift at "Newton's" bar. He finds out that, just like him, she is running away from her past - which just adds to the many reasons why he just can't let her go...

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is a superb story! Really, I'm not exaggerating! Caged has everything a really good AH Edward/Bella fanfiction needs: it's realistic, funny, exciting (I read about half of the story before I finally surrendered to sleep and put the kindle away), romantic, and includes an almost always naked Edward! What do you want more? But seriously, Caged is a one-of-a-kind. Savage7289's style of writing is right in the face and unvarnished. This is a dirty story with lots of dirty words, but also with many sweet moments! Read it, if you're over 18!

So far, Caged consists of 34 chapters and a total of 252,923 words. The story is rated MA for violence, drug abuse, and graphic description of sexual activities. If you are under the age of 18 I'll really advise you not to read the fanfiction.
