Bella Swan was perfectly content with her life in New York City as she had a great job that she loved and lots of opportunities for her future career. But Bella has to learn the hard way that things never go as one plans because one fateful day, her mother Renee tells her that her grandmother is very ill. Renee plans on sending her sick mother off to an old people's home so she will be taken care of; an idea which more than appalls Bella. So without thinking twice, she decides to leave her life in NYC behind and moves to the California desert to care for her ailing Grans. Bella knew that being there for the woman, who helped her through the difficult time after her parents divorced, was the least she could do. The rest, meaning starting a new life at the other side of the country, was something she would figure out as time goes by. What she never expects is finding a man who sets her heart, body, and soul on fire: Edward Cullen. Unfortunately, he comes with a heavy price; a price that could possibly tear them apart. Will their love be able to survive the life he had before they met or will it melt away in the dry heat?

LovinRob has written a beautiful story with a wonderful plot! From the very first chapter - the prologue - you will feel the instantaneous chemistry that Bella and Edward have for each other. The moment they lay eyes on one another, they are done for and the sexual tension permeating between them will have you begging for them to get finally it on. The story is fast-paced and will not keep you in the dark for a long time. Edward is faithful to Bella from the beginning and though it is difficult for him, he does not hesitate to tell her the truth about his past - already within the first third of the story. His past is something that the society and law are unwilling to accept, and what is the actual truth among the huge amount of false accusations Edward faces, is something that the couple will have to figure out together. With the help of their new friends Alice and Jasper, they are able to get a wonderful defense lawyer for Edward, who is willing to support him all the way through. The issue is, will they be able to find enough evidence for Edward so that he can be officially declared innocent? And throughout this whole hurdle, will the couple be able to stick together?
