It starts off innocently enough. Edward and his young daughter Lily are grocery shopping and literally bump into a beautiful stranger with the name of Bella Swan. He instantly feels a strong and undeniable attraction towards and doesn't even think twice when Lily befriends with the woman. It never occurs to him that Ms. Swan might get him and his daughter in incredible danger.

A danger which is lurking just around the corner. One minute the two girls are giggling away and the very next, they're being threatened by a trigger happy mad man. The deranged mind of James Harrison believes that Bella and Lily are actually his wife and daughter. As Edward fears any kind of action on his part would put the lives of both girls at risk he stays put and is forced to watch as Bella and his daughter are taken away from him. It is now up to Bella to take care of the little toddler and up to Edward to do everything in his power to find them!

This Is Not My Life had me on the edge of my seat right from the prologue! IsaKassees has written a story that sucks you in with all its twists and it's clever plot line. The chemistry between not only Edward and Bella but also Lily is incredible, I have yet to read another story where the relationships are so well defined and explored as in this one. Although it is full of drama and dripping with angst, This Is Not My Life also has a soft corny side with lots of romance and some scorching hot lemons!

This Is Not My Life consists of 38 chapters and 315,889 words. The story is rated MA for language, violence and lemons.
