Bella Swan has just been coerced to join her brother Emmett’s band - The Red Mile - for a three month tour through the US, Australia, and Europe to run their merchandise booth. With her recent break-up still hovering over her head, Bella prepares herself for life on tour with the Three Stooges a.k.a. Emmett, Riley, and Jacob. She’s known the guys her whole life and just as she considers them her big brothers the boys see her as a little sister. Well, two of three - Riley, however, just can't seem to abandon the idea of marrying little Smella oneday...

Upon arrival Emmett is quick to let his sister know that they’ll be sharing the bus with another band, The Golden Giants. And though most girls would be more than ecstatic to share a bus with ten (handsome) guys Bella is rather skeptic. Only too well does she know the good, the bad, and the REALLY ugly when it comes to touring with guys who sweat, pester, and have no verbal filter. Oh, and don't forget the showers at gas stations...

But all these thoughts come to a halt when Bella meets the lead singer of the other band, Edward Masen. Bonding over a cheesesteak in Philly, Bella and Edward begin a beautiful friendship - one that leads them to fighting dirty on the soccer field and insulting each other whenever possible. It’s all good old fashioned playground rough housing between the two until they get to Chicago where Bella suddenly realizes she might like Edward as more than just a friend. But the question is… does he feel the same?

Written in Bella's POV, this fic is filled with hilarity in the form of one Emmett Swan - oh who am I kidding, everyone is hilarious! The Golden Giants Tour is a total must read! I mean, who wouldn't want to read about a girl falling for a hot guy in a band? Especially when that guy is Edward! The plot is original and highly entertaining. You’ll definitely laugh your ass off from start to finish and a time or two you might even need a cold shower. Walkingwithgiants has a unique writing style in the way that she writes her characters with absolutely no consequence to proper etiquette or high superiority. What you see is what you get and these characters hold nothing back. I've read this story three times and every time I still find myself enjoying it as if it were the first time.
