"The Senator's Son" by amoredjenaue

Posted by Anonymous

After months of mourning the death of her baby's father, Bella Swan decides to start a new chapter of her life. Along with daughter Harper she moves to Seattle and starts a job as Associate Director of Legislative Affairs for the CARE Foundation, a prestigious group largely funded by the Cullen family. The boss of CARE, Esme Cullen, is the wife of Washington's Senator Carlisle Cullen. She, her husband and Bella's new colleague Rosalie (Esme and Carlisle's daughter-in-law) welcome Bella warmly.

One night, Bella finds herself in the middle of a disastrous date. Just moments before she decides to walk home, a handsome young man approaches her at the bar and starts a conversation. The stranger, who introduces himself as Edward, is smart, funny, charming, and very polite, and Bella feels immediately drawn to him. However, after spending an amazing night together, Bella wakes up alone. She finds a note on her pillow with Edward's telephone number and a short message saying he desperately wants to see her again. Yet although Bella just had the best sex of her life and feels an indescribable connection to Edward, she refrains from calling him as she thinks he permantly lives in D.C.

So the two don't see each other again for weeks, but they are constantly in each other's thoughts. At the night of a gala event, Esme introduces Bella to her son Edward - her handsome and loving stranger, and son of Senator Cullen.

Yes, you already know I'm a HUGE fan of amoredjenaue. EVERY one of her stories is impeccably written and unbelievably exciting. The Senator's Son is no exception. The plot is wonderful and a mix of romance, drama, fluff, humor, lemons, and suspense. It's like reading a New York Times bestseller, you are so glued to the pages. I highly recommend to keep an eye out for every story of amoredjenaue out there!

The Senator's Son consists of 35 chapter and a total of 300,189 words. All characters are human. The story is rated M for mature content.
