Edward Cullen isn’t known for being pleasant. He isn’t known for being caring or kind either. The whole office staff knows enough about his quirks and wicked temper to walk on egg-shells around him. But his life hasn’t been easy: he has demons that haunt him and motivate him to work until he’s the best. When Bella Swan, spoiled daughter of his boss, is introduced as his new assistant, will he be able to reign in his feelings long enough so that his hard work doesn’t go down the drain? Or will her purposeful seduction bring him to his knees? There’s a thin line between love and hate.

Office romances have always been a weakness of mine. The trouble is: finding one that covers everything you want is far from being easy. MrsK81 definitely delivers, though. The Best Mistake Of All has all - it contains the secret longing and forbidden lust that you so desperately want, yet still keeps the plot realistic and interesting. There is definitely a healthy amount of angst in Edward’s past, but it just adds more flavor to the story. Bella is refreshingly sassy and knows just how to push Edward’s buttons, which is always a plus. All in all, The Best Mistake Of All is fun, entertaining, and a gripping read. If you haven’t started this story yet, which is written from Bella's POV but with little remarks of Edward at the end of each chapter, it’s definitely worth a try!
